Fall was never a favourite season of mine. I couldn’t understand or never enjoyed the beauty of reds, oranges and yellows, that are inevitable as fall arrives and I particularly didn’t want to be reminded that winter was just around the corner.
My favourite time of year is spring as I watch everything living awaken with new life and look forward to the days of summer and the beauty that is nourished by warm rain and a hot sun.
I love the smell of freshly cut grass.
Recently though I have come to appreciate the changing of seasons a little more. As time progresses everything must change, so why not stop and take in the beauty of these changes.
These fall pictures were sent to me of Burchart Gardens in Victoria B.C.
Only God’s paintbrush could produce such beauty and the ultimate in decor.
